When you pre-purchase, you’re reserving your access at the introductory price before the full collection or event goes live. Think of it as getting a front-row seat — you’ll be the first to receive your templates or event access on launch day.

Each listing includes a “ships by” or “launch date” noted in the description. On that date, you’ll receive an email with your Canva link, digital files, or live event details. If anything changes, we’ll notify you right away — you’ll always know when to expect your delivery.

Because Preview Room items are offered at special pre-sale pricing and custom-made for our community, all presales are final. However, if there’s ever a delay or change that affects your order, we’ll make it right with an updated delivery or shop credit — your trust means everything.

Yes — you’ll need a Canva Pro (paid) account to access and edit templates exactly as shown. Many fonts, photos, and design elements are exclusive to Canva Pro. If you’re using the free version, some visuals may appear differently or be unavailable.

Once you check out, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away. Then, on the ship date, you’ll get a second email with your Canva link, files, or event access. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) on that date so you can start creating or join the session right on time.
