Solopreneur Summer School 2026
Live design studios on visual digital marketing strategy.
Each studio is focused around a recent research findings from consumer psychology, visual communication, or digital marketing behaviour — paired with a set of Canva templates and AI tools designed to put it to work for your business.
You'll learn the principle behind the project, then apply it to real assets for your own business: a sales page, a lead magnet, a buyer journey map, an email newsletter, a bonus suite, a collaboration event. Deliverables you'll use & reuse.
Research-backed, not recycled advice
These Studios are built on peer-reviewed studies from consumer psychology, visual communication, or digital marketing behaviour — academic data translated into strategy & design you can immediately implement.
Design you make, not just learn about
We take a project-based approach, so each Studio pairs a 90-minute live demo session with matching Canva pro templates, so you leave with real marketing assets improved or underway.

Project outcome: A summer-ready refresh for one marketing asset.

Meet Your Instructor: Hi, I'm Sidneyeve.
I'm a full-time university marketing professor (PhD) with two decades of teaching experience. Also a certified instructional designer trained at Harvard (HES). And business coach (ICF, PCC) with special training in creativity coaching.
My work lives at the intersection of visual design, buyer psychology, and practical marketing for solopreneurs who want their work to be easier to understand, trust, and choose.
I created Solopreneur Summer School because I know how often strong offers get hidden inside marketing assets that are almost working. The idea is good. The expertise is real. The value is there. But the page, graphic, lead magnet, or email doesn't yet make the work feel as clear and desirable as it could. That's where design becomes a sales tool.
In these studios, I bring together what I study and teach as a marketing professor with what I practice as a designer. We'll look at how people respond to visual cues, how design shapes first impressions, how structure builds trust, and how small creative decisions make your marketing feel more polished, more human, and more persuasive.
FAQs
Do I need to already have an offer?
Some studios are easiest to apply with an offer or asset in mind. Others work just as well for shaping an idea or developing something still in progress — come with whatever stage you're at.
Do I need to attend live?
Replays are included with every studio, so you can watch later or revisit the teaching whenever you're ready to do the work. The live sessions are a helpful way to create momentum and make progress during the week.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Canva Pro is strongly recommended. The studios come with Canva Pro templates for creating polished marketing assets in Canva. Pro gives you more flexibility with templates, brand assets, and images.
Do I need to be good at design?
These studios are built for solopreneurs who want to make better visual decisions in their own marketing. You'll be guided to think more strategically about clarity, hierarchy, imagery, and trust cues — design experience is welcome but not assumed.
Is this only for people launching this summer?
The studios support launches, evergreen offers, email marketing, lead magnets, content planning, seasonal campaigns, and general marketing improvements — a launch is welcome but not required.
Will this help if I'm still early in business?
Yes — maybe especially. Clearer visual communication works at any audience size, and it helps your marketing feel more credible and coherent while you're still building visibility.
Are the Tuesday and Thursday sessions different?
They cover the same material. Each weekly studio is offered twice so you can attend whichever time works best for you.
