The Studio Residency
The Studio Residency is a 90-day 1:1 design partnership, the deepest way to work with Sidneyeve at Valentine Design Studio. For three months, your brand is in residence at the Studio: your palette, your voice, your offers, and your calendar known by heart, with a resident design consultant beside you every week to help you move your visual marketing forward.
This is for the brand ready to spend a season becoming visually coherent. The offers exist, the audience is real, and the next level is a marketing presence that looks as considered as the work behind it. If that reads like where you are headed, this is THE container for you.
What a quarter together looks like
- A 60-minute opening session to map your quarter, scheduled within one week of joining.
- Weekly 45-minute design calls, twelve across the quarter, each following the same rhythm: review what you made, decide the next moves together, set your one priority for the week.
- Async design reviews between calls, with detailed feedback on your work-in-progress within two business days.
- The Valentine Method throughout: research made beautiful, with every design decision grounded in consumer psychology and visual communication strategy data.
Three months of partnership, beginning the week you join. Your investment reserves one of two Studio Residency seats available per quarter. After purchase, you will receive a welcome note within one business day to schedule your opening session.

Can we talk before I join?
Absolutely, and it is encouraged. Book a complimentary discovery call and we will hope on zoom to discuss your brand, your goals for the quarter, and whether the Residency fits. You will leave the call with clarity either way.
How often do we meet, and for how long?
We begin with a 60-minute opening session to map your quarter. After that, we meet weekly for 45 minutes, twelve calls in all across your 90 days.
What happens on our weekly calls?
Every call follows the same rhythm: review, decide, direct. We review what you designed since last week, decide the next design moves together, and set your one priority for the week ahead. You leave every call knowing exactly what to make next.
How do async design reviews work?
Between calls, you send your work-in-progress through your Residency review channel, and detailed feedback comes back within two business days, weekdays. Bring your current project as many rounds as it needs; the review loop exists so momentum never waits for our next call.
Do you design my materials for me?
The Residency is a guided partnership: you build your brand's materials with a designer, professor, and researcher beside you the whole way, and every file you publish is one you know how to make again. When a fully done-for-you piece is what you want, The Design Desk is available to Residents with priority booking and preferred pricing.
How does the payment plan work?
Choose the plan that suits you: $5,000 in full, or two payments of $2,500, with the second payment due 30 days after the first. Both reserve your full quarter from day one.
What if I need to skip a week?
Calls reschedule within the same week whenever possible, and every Residency includes one pause week that extends your end date. Your quarter is designed to fit a real life.
When do we start, and how many Residents do you take?
Your Residency begins the week you join, with your opening session scheduled within 1 week of purchase. The studio holds two Resident seats per quarter, so every brand receives full attention.
What happens after the quarter?
Our plan is that you leave with a quarter of published, coherent work and aa lot of direction and creative confidence. Residents are welcome to renew for another season.
